Mr. Toasty

As the sun rose on a crisp morning, a single piece of bread lay nestled in the toaster, eagerly awaiting its transformation into a warm and crispy breakfast treat. But little did the toast know, its fate was not to be a joyful one.

Just as the toast was about to pop up from the toaster, the electricity went out, leaving the piece of toast stuck inside. For hours it lay there, growing increasingly cold and soggy, until the electricity finally returned and the toast was ejected from the toaster.

But alas, it was too late. The once-proud piece of toast was now a soggy, unappetizing mess. It was tossed into the trash, forgotten and alone. The toast had been denied its chance to fulfill its delicious potential, and was doomed to a sad and lonely existence.

And so, the once-happy piece of toast was reduced to a mere memory, a sad reminder of what could have been.
